Opened in 1990, Lu Nello restaurant offers a classic Italian menu, where Chef Louis Seger prides himself on innovative specialties prepared with the finest, freshest ingredients. Special menus feature homemade pastas and his signature fish dishes. Our team first freshened up the web and mobile experience before turning our focus to the social media and email experience. We then collaborated on the new brand launch for the chic LuBar, a high energy cocktail bar, and small-plate dining experience the Chef recently launched.

Lu Nello reached out to rethink their overall marketing strategy, starting by producing beautifully created content with a focus on video production and high caliber photography for social media. A sleek new mobile optimized website with video, and easily changing specials was also one of the top priorities.

We then developed a targeted email marketing strategy to increase connectivity with the customer base, and spearheaded a sponsored ad campaign on social media. Most recently, Lu Nello expanded by opening LuBar, a concept INDUSTRY helped develop a brand identity for, including logo, identity, menus, video, and images.
