INDUSTRY created a comprehensive branding strategy that communicates the Spine and Pain Institute’s values while repositioning the practice with a modernized digital and physical presence. The plan included a fresh logo, redesigned website, and all new collateral materials such as business cards, folders, sell sheets, and other printed work.
Since the initial campaign, our team has continued to collaborate with the practice to create fresh content through video production, photography, targeted email marketing campaigns, social media content, and editorial content. We implemented a direct chat application and a digital appointment platform to increase response time and improve time management while adding convenience for patients. An updated website with integrated social media channels and an ongoing video series is currently in the works.
